Good information found on this blog. I'm a perennial dieter. And I tried a lot of diets before stumbling on what works for me. If I'd had the sense to research my diets earlier, this blog would likely have helped me cut short my hunt for the magic-weight-loss secret.

P.S. There really isn't one (a secret that is, just good common sense stuff, which can be found at the blog I'm commenting about). If I stick to 1,500 calories a day and do an hour of cardio a day, I lose 1/2 pound a week. If I try to go lower on calories, I fall off my diet. *sigh*
